Planning for lactation during pregnancy is an invaluable investment.  In a pre-natal lactation visit you can expect:

• An assessment of your health history and breastfeeding history (if relevant).
• Discussion of any previous experiences (good or bad).
• Discussion of lactation goals and a plan that suits you and your family.
• A breast assessment if you have anatomical concerns or prior breast surgery.
• Education of lactation, what to expect and breastfeeding positions.

1 week of text/email support included.

During a post-natal lactation visit, you can expect.

•  A full history of your health and of your birth.
• Addressing any immediate concerns.
• Discussion of lactation goals.
• An oral assessment of infant and breast examination if required.
• Observation of a breastfeed.
• A plan made together that suits your family.

One week of text/email support is included.

Face to face preferred for a thorough assessment but if your individual circumstances require telehealth, please contact us via the web form.

Follow up visits for current clients.

Short visit up to 30 mins $50

Long  visit over 30 mins $90

Would you like a follow up appointment from your own home.  A follow up appointment via tele health is perfect if you have a few questions following our home visit or would like a more comprehensive check in.  

This can also work well if you need to discuss plans for returning to work or weaning and do not require a face to face visit.

30 mins via telehealth.

A travel fee for areas outside of a 15km radius of Wodonga will be billed.  This radius will be calculated from Victory Lutheran College, West Wodonga.  This will be calculated at a rate of $1/Km over the included 15km distance, both to and from the home visit.
